LIBRARY
The SIST library is an establishment that supports teaching, learning and research. The library offers an open access atmosphere with diverse collections of library resources (printed and electronic) to its students, staff & researchers. The total Collection of books (more than 25000) owned by the library is classified by Dewey Decimal Classification, barcoded & and arranged for ease of access, consisting of several collections. Library also has a fair collection of bound journals, CD-ROMs, seminar & project reports, & previous year’s question papers. A computer database of the holdings using LIBMAS software has adequate search capabilities to retrieve the desired information and to produce adequate management reports. The circulation function is completely computerized.
College Library is an Institutional member of DELNET and subscribes to IESTC-InfoTrac Engineering, Science & Technology Collection of E- journals package of Cengage Learning of DELNET consortium. Also the Library subscribes to print journals, both National and International.
DIGITAL LIBRARY
Digital Library includes 63 DVDs of 1036 hours of video lectures on various topics of science and technology organised by National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL). The list of programme downloaded from NPTEL (www.nptel.iitm.ac.in) is attached. Click Here To Download The List
HOSTELS
Separate hostel facility is available for boys and girls inside the campus. Presently accommodation is available for 400 students.

BUSES
15 high tech buses are put into service for the benefit of students and staff.The routes cover all the major boarding points inside the city and suburbs of Thiruvananthapuram.
CANTEEN
A full-fledged canteen caters to the requirements of students and staff. Two kiosks are available inside the campus for light refreshments like tea/coffee and snacks.
